Lindeen was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of second degree assault for the shooting that occurred in the early morning hours of Thursday, May 1, the press release stated. Heise was indicted last June for the alleged theft of more than $2.5 million from the clients of a real estate closing company.
