This week's FREE Boot Camp Workout Video is the final workout for this training phase of boot camp. We've been getting after it hard & heavy with 30:30s. Our primary focus has been on hypertrophy training (muscle growth). We've selecting extra heavy weights with a goal of achieving 6 – 15 reps, and both our online boot camp members and Chanhassen boot camp members have been loving it!
30:30 5-exercise Circuit powered by Workout Muse
Perform each exercise in the circuit for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest and transition. Be sure to select a resistance/exercise variation that limits you to 6 - 15 reps per 30 second set.
Exercise 1: 1-arm High Pull
Exercise 2: Push-up Variation
Exercise 3: Burpee Variation
Exercise 4: Alternating Horizontal / Wide Row
Exercise 5: Side Pillar Variation w/Leg Swing
