The days are a little thrown off this week. I goofed my post yesterday (set the wrong publish day), but still want to get the Fat Burning Boot Camp Workout Video of The Week out to you.
I've been really digging the bodyweight workouts the past few weeks, and so has my class. I've been typically doing 2 resistance band dominant workouts and one bodyweight workout. It's a nice mix and also teaches my campers how to easily get a butt-kicking fat burning workout anywhere, anytime.
This week's Fat Burning Boot Camp Workout Video of The Week comes right from my boot camp class, Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp in Chaska, MN. I've got a great group of folks (35 as of today) of all different fitness levels who are super-dedicated to creating the healthy, fit, tight & toned body that looks great naked they deserve.
I took them through the following Tabatas style high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using just their bodyweight:

This is a question that has come up lately, as I use Tabata Intervals in my Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp quite often.
In my opinion, and many other top boot camp instructors and personal trainers, Tabata Intervals are one of the most efficient and effective training protocols to burn fat, tone up and lose weight; not to mention, the stamina and endurance benefits.
