Sheaves of Joy: A Support Group for Overcoming Depression

Divorce, relationship breakup, loss of a job, loneliness, illness, chemical imbalance, financial stress...many factors may contribute to a feeling of sadness. Many people suffer with depression at one time or another in life. Struggling with depression can feel like a lonely battle, but you are not alone! We may tell ourselves that "normal" people shouldn't be depressed. The reality is, that for whatever reason, some of us have experienced it at one time or another. Sheaves of Joy is here to help you discover hope and encouragement on the road to recovery.
