Chanhassen Red Birds first baseman Zach Swenson completes a double play in front of Chaska Cubs runner Kyle Geason during the amateur baseball teams' first meeting in 40 years on Friday at Chanhassen High School's stadium. The Red Birds led throughout, but the Cubs got the last laugh, winning 11-4 in 11 innings.

“Powerhouse Plants” is the theme of the 2010 Summer Exhibition that opened this month at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Among the displays is a VW Beetle completely covered in flowering plants & sedum.
