Arby's fast food restaurant will open Jan. 2 according to the restaurant's sign.
The building has been under renovation since Hardee's closed in late-September.
Arby's will be located on the northeast corner of Yellow Brick Road and Highway 212.

Second Street and Highway 41 was the scene of another accident Tuesday afternoon when a car turning left on Second Street was struck by a vehicle traving south on Highway 41. Less than three weeks ago a pedestrian was struck at the same intersection.

After many "timeless" weeks, the hands were returned to all four faces of the Guardian Angels Catholic Church clock tower on Monday and Tuesday.
Along with a new electronic bell system, the church has a new timing mechanism to keep the clock ticking.

In 1884, a Chaska resident was involved in a very scandalous act – grave robbery.
The incident involved a local doctor, a prominent university and a number of other characters – as well as a high-speed chase out of town with horses.
The Jonathan Association Board of Directors will discuss possible dissolution at its monthly meeting this evening.

Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 8-14, was inspired by the Great Chicago Fire of Oct. 9, 1871, which claimed more than 250 lives and destroyed 17,430 buildings.
Help restore prairie by collecting native wildflower seed this fall at Carver (Victoria) and Crow-Hassan (Hassan Township) park reserves.
Volunteers help increase the amount and diversity of seed planted each year in the more than 800 acres of restored prairie managed by Three Rivers Park District, according to a district release.
District 112 Community Education and Early Childhood Family Education are offering several classes for parents to attend this fall.
There are classes available for parents of children in high school, middle school and elementary. Some classes are one night only and others are a series.
