Ellie Zanger, 82, of Waconia, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at The Lutheran Home in Belle Plaine of complications from Alzheimer’s.

A celebration of Ellie’s life was held Sunday, April 11, at Waconia Moravian Church.

Lois Hardy, 91, of Eau Claire, WI, formerly of Waconia, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Dove Health Care Center in Eau Claire, WI.

Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 24, at noon at Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Rodella Manteuffel, 90, of Cologne, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America. Visitation is Thursday, April 8, from 4-8 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia and one hour prior to the service at church. Prayer service is 7:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Scott Gustafson.

Vaughn Hargis, 14, died Saturday, April 3, 2010.

Kirra O’Connor, age 3, of Belle Plaine, died Sunday, April 4, 2010.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 8, at the Kolden Funeral Home, Belle Plaine. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at the funeral home and continue one hour prior to the service on Thursday.

Timothy Monaghan, age 53, of Chaska, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at his residence.

Memorial service will be held Friday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at Living Christ Lutheran Church, 820 Lake Dr., Chanhassen, with the Rev. Mark Tewes officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Jeffrey Luhman, 51, of Isanti, formerly of Chaska, died unexpectedly at the Cambridge Medical Center on Thursday, April 1, 2010.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, at the Strike Funeral Home, Isanti Chapel. A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, at the Isanti Chapel and also one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.

Emmaline “Emmy” Therres, 66, of Chaska, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Shakopee.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday, April 6, at 11 a.m. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Chaska, with Father Paul Jarvis officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 9:30 until the mass at church.
