Twenty-one-year-old Joseph Kubat passed away on Sunday following an alleged altercation with police.

Joseph Kubat, 21, of Chaska, died suddenly on Sunday, May 4, 2008 in St. Paul.

Denell “Del” Peterson, 65, of Blakeley Township (rural Belle Plaine), died Friday, May 2, 2008 at Central Healthcare of LeCenter, Minn.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 10, at 11 a.m. from St. John’s Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Visitation will also be two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
