Five candidates will vie for open seats on the Jonathan Association Board of Directors.

At the association's annual meeting last night, four candidates submitted their names for nomination and a fifth was announced by the board.

Candidates running include current Board President Tom Davis (Autumn Woods), Steve Brink (Clover Field), Mike Liebe (Neighborhood 3), Maria Awes (Clover Ridge) and Jacqueline Bensman (Neighborhood 8).

Unlike Davis, current members Greg Boe and Jeff Majerus are not running for re-election.

There are three seats up for grabs this year. Candidates will be finalized this week with ballots going out to all Jonathan homeowners next week.

Voters will have until March 22 to return their ballots to a designated post office box. Ballots will remain sealed until they are counted on March 22.
