The Mentor One Showcase of Talent is Tuesday, May 6 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Pioneer Ridge Freshmen Center Commons. The program matched 33 seventh- through 10th-grade students from Chaska Middle Schools East and West, Pioneer Ridge Freshmen Center and Chaska High School with community mentors.

Students are selected to participate based on their interest in a topic and are matched with a professional in that field to work together for four to five months.

Students demonstrate their learning in the showcase in meteorology, music composition, education, pediatrics, veterinary science, aviation, journalism, marine biology, architecture, and acting.
