The New7Wonders Foundation is on a mission to choose seven new wonders of the world and is seeking the public's vote. Go to its Web site at www.new7wonders.com [1] to make your selection and become "a part of history."
Seventy-seven notorious locations were narrowed down to 21 late last year. Criteria for selections included places that were built before 2000 and still standing (only the Pyramids of Giza still exist from the original seven wonders of the world).
Now the voting window will stay open until midway through 2007 with the winners being announced next July.
