Well, this photo of an early Chaska dramatics society might be a bit of a stretch.

However, as a fundraiser, the Chaska Historical Society is taking photos of people in period clothing.

For a requested donation of $15 for an individual; $20 for a small group; and $25 for a large group, the historical society will photograph people dressed in vintage garb.

The society is located at 112 West Fourth Street. Ye olde photo studio will be open from 3-5 p.m. and 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

The fundraiser ties in with the society’s latest exhibit “Picture This: Capturing Chaska’s Werner Studio,” which includes photos and artifacts from The Werner Studio, which operated for about 60 years in downtown Chaska.
