After three "grueling" days in jail, Paris Hilton has gone home with an "unspecified medical condition," according to news reports.

Hilton was originally sentenced to 45 days in L.A. County jail for violating the terms of her probation by driving with a suspended license. That sentence was eventually cut in half.

Hilton will spend the remainder of her sentence confined to home.
