Twin Cities photographer Tom Baker will be teaching free classes on the basics of photography every Sunday, 4 to 6 p.m., beginning March 11 through April 1 at Westview Seventh-day Adventist Church in Chanhassen. Baker has traveled internationally and has photographed in places as Patagonia, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. He has worked for the Havre Daily News in Montana and The Dalles Chronicle and Portland Tribune in Oregon. He will be addressing the basics of an SLR camera, composition, quality of light, depth of field, low light and flash photography, film and digital, and personal vision.
