At 10:10 p.m., May 29, the Carver County Sheriff’s Office and the Victoria Fire Department responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 8300 block of Allegheny Grove Blvd in the city of Victoria, according to a Sheriff's Office press release.

The accident involved a vehicle veering of the road and hitting the attached garage of a house. 

A female homeowner, standing near the trunk of a vehicle parked in the garage at the time of the accident, sustained minor injury.  The house sustained a moderate level of damage, along with two vehicles parked in the garage, and the vehicle that struck the garage.

The adult female driver of the vehicle that struck the garage was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired and transported to the Carver County Jail.

Ridgeview Ambulance responded and assisted at the scene of the accident.  However, no one was transported to the hospital.
