“Let’s go out and win!” exhorted U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), to a crowd assembled in a downtown Shakopee parking lot Tuesday afternoon for the opening of the regional Barrack Obama campaign office (which covers the southwest suburbs).
