 Hawks visit Orono to start tennis team sections

Chaska's boys tennis team begins the Section 2AA team tournament on the road Tuesday at Orono. The Hawks received the fifth seed, and take on the fourth-seeded Spartans at 4 p.m. in the quarterfinals. The winner gets the top 2AA seed, Wayzata, at 4 p.m. on the Trojans' court at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 15. The Section 2AA individual tournament begins on May 23.
Section 2AA team tournament North Division Matches May 13 - Quarterfinals Upper bracket #5 Chaska at #4 Orono, 4 p.m. Lower bracket #6 Prior Lake at #3 Minnetonka, 4 p.m. #7 Shakopee at #2 Eden Prairie, 4 p.m.
Matches May 15 - Semifinals Chaska/Orono winner at #1 Wayzata, 4 p.m. Lower-bracket winners at high seed, 4 p.m.
South Division Matches Tuesday, May 13 - quarterfinals Upper bracket #5 New Prague at #4 Mankato East, 4 p.m. Lower bracket #6 New Ulm at #3 Willmar, 4 p.m.
Matches Thursday, May 15 - Semifinals New Prague/Mankato East winner at #1 Mankato West, 4 p.m. Willmar/New Ulm winner at #2 Hutchinson, 4 p.m.
Section 2AA Team Final Four May 20 at Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter
