Chaska went into the match as the top-rated team in Class 3A, with the Panthers pulling in at No. 2.
The Panthers started the season 3-0, and had topped defending champion Shakopee in five games last week.
Chaska opened the Lake Conference schedule on Tuesday with a 25-12, 18-25, 25-18, 25-16 win over Burnsville.
The Blaze began the season with a five-game win over Prior Lake and a 3-1 win over Holy Angels.
