Did You Receive Your First Communion at Guardian Angels?

Whether it was a few years, or many decades, ago, Guardian Angels Catholic Church is inviting those who received their First Communion at the church for a special celebration.

The event is 5 p.m., Saturday May 17 and 10 a.m. and noon (Spanish service), Sunday May 18. It is part of Guardian Angel’s 150th anniversary celebration.

Past first communicants are encouraged to bring gifts, First Communion ties, veils and gloves, memorabilia, photos, and holy cards from this event. The items should be placed on the St. Joseph and St. Mary altars before Mass for blessing and prayer, according to a G.A. press release.
