Minnesotan Doug Benson recently proposed the Marriage and Family Protection Act to make marriage a gender-neutral proposition in Minnesota. It was introduced to the Minnesota legislature with 14 House sponsors and 5 Senate supporters. You can read more about it here.

Inclement Easter

A little snow didn't keep Kylie Mulheran, 17-1/2 months, from taking part in the Legion Auxillary's annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday.

Fresh snow forced the event from City Square Park to inside the American Legion, but still managed to draw plenty of kids. See more photos here and in this week's print edition of the Herald. (Photo by Mollee Francisco)
