Save energy and money with a new furnace filter. The city of Chaska, in conjunction with the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, is providing a $15 rebate when residents replace a furnace filter.
Send in a receipt along with a completed rebate form and the city will send a $15 check, regardless of what a customer paid for the filter, according to a city of Chaska press release.
One rebate per customer account is available annually. The rebate is offered to residential electric customers served by the city of Chaska. Forms are available at www.MMPA.org/Our-Communities/Chaska.aspx where residents can also find links to “We Save Home” programs including rebates for Energy Star-rated refrigerators, clothes washers, dishwashers and air conditioners. Chaska also offers rebates to its business customers with our “We Save Business” programs, including new and retrofit lighting, premium efficiency motors, variable frequency drives, chillers, air-conditioning and custom rebates.
Additional information and rebate forms are also available by calling the Chaska Municipal Services Building at (952) 448-4335.
At the present time funds are available for all Energy Efficiency Programs.
