Michael Billington holds Maxime, an 11-year-old bald eagle, at the Chaska Library on July 19. The University of Minnesota Raptor Center presentation was part of the Summer Reading Program’s “Make a Splash at Your Library.” The show also featured a Red-Tailed Hawk, an American Kestrel, and a Great Horned Owl. The Chaska Library Summer Reading Program is free to participants and runs through Aug. 14.  Visit http://www.carverlib.org for more information.
