Chaska Cubs leadoff party set for April 26

Are you ready for some baseball? The Chaska Cubs amateur baseball team will hold its annual leadoff party on Saturday, April 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Chaska Legion Post 57 in downtown Chaska. Fans can get a taste of the upcoming season with hot dogs and apple pie served at the party. Minnesota Twins mascot T.C. Bear will be at the party at 5 p.m. Dugout Club membership passes can be purchased for $25. The pass will get you two admissions to every Cubs home game, plus 10 free drinks and 10 free popcorns throughout the season. You will also receive a Cubs T-shirt. Chaska and Shakopee host the 2008 Minnesota State Amateur Baseball Tournament this August. Check out the Web site here.
