March 19, 2008 - 12:34pm — Mollee Francisco
The 56th annual American Legion Auxiliary Easter Egg Hunt will begin this Saturday at 10 a.m. in Chaska’s City Square Park. Toddlers will line up on the Fourth Street side; ages 4-5 on the Walnut Street side; ages 6-7 on the Third Street side; and ages 8-10 on the Chestnut Street (Hwy 41) side. Prizes will be awarded to the finder of the "Golden Egg" in each age group. A contest for the hat parade will follow the egg hunt. The Easter Bunny will be present. In case of inclement weather (20 degrees below zero, snow or rain), this event will take place at the Legion Clubrooms at 102 Fourth Street West.
