The victim's name was

The victim's name was released by the Sheriff's Office: Alfred DeWitt, 54, of Carver.

His funeral notice can be viewed here.

The Sheriff's Office released the name and hometown of the victim.

The driver of the 2003 Yamaha motorcycle was Justin Michael Schroepfer, 29, of Minneapolis.
