Cool old tractor!
They were powered by the Kohler 8 H.P. engine, much smaller and quieter than the 18 to 24 horsepower engines that power today's mowers. And much more economical on gas, I'm sure.

The old Kohlers can run forever, and the simple but solid John Deere engineering can stand the test of time, too.
