City council roundup for April 21

The Chaska City Council discussed the following items at its April 21 meeting. For more detailed information on some of these stories, see this week's print edition of the Herald.

Southwest Christian High School: The council voted 3-1 to approve the concept plan for a new Southwest Christian High School at the southeast corner of Bavaria Road and new Highway 212.

TIF District No. 4: The council voted to extend the city's No. 4 TIF district until the year 2014.
