What are you hoping to hear (or praying desperately NOT to hear)?

Other than Ramiele (B-Bye), the bottom three was somewhat surprising.

I thought KLC sounded pretty good this week -- though I have to agree with my husband that she sounded better in the practice clip with Dolly than the actual performance.

And Brooke? I didn't get it.

Bingo! Ramiele heads home. A good choice for this week. She hasn't had a blockbuster performance and that little girl routine was grating.

Sounds like I missed a good

Sounds like I missed a good night of American Idol. I went to see "Jersey Boys" last night. Amazing show, by the way. See it if you get a chance. I do wish I had TVO so I could have viewed American Idol when I got home, but I'm afraid after hearing the kicka** vocals from the cast of "Jersey Boys" I would have been disappointed by pretty much anything on Idol.

The unfortunate part for Syesha was that she did a good job, she sang well - but anyone who sings that song will forever be compared to Whitney. I'm not a huge fan of Whitney Houston, but let's face it - she's got pipes no one can match.

The delightful Dolly Parton brought out the best in the contestants this week as there were no real stinker performances in the bunch. Who would have guessed?

It will be real interesting to see who ends up in the bottom three this week. I think Ramiele is the only guarantee (though if viewers could vote against instead of for contestants, I have to believe that Syesha would also be in there for merely believing that she could take on Whitney Houston).
