 <description>&lt;p&gt;2/3 C Shortening&lt;br /&gt;
2 1/2 C Flour&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;
2 C Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsp Baking Powder&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp Baking Soda&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp Nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp Cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
1 C Buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;
Cinnamon as needed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Combine Shortening, Flour, Salt and Sugar. Mix until Crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle over the batter. Add other staples to remaining crumb mixture. Add buttermilk and eggs. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and extra cinnamon if desired. Bake @ 375 for 25-30 Minutes. Test middle to make sure it is done.&lt;/p&gt;
