I like Charlie Brown cartoons, but I thought the theme parks fell flat.

Good Riddence Charlie

Good Riddence Charlie Brown!
The only good Charlie Brown products have been the 2 TV specials for Christmas and Halloween!
Other then that, the comics haven't been funny in 20 years, and I never could understand the Camp Snoopy tie-in.
What kid even knew who Snoopy was without mom and dad explaining it to them?
At least now the park is tying in with a brand the kids will actually be able to identify with.
The bad part is that a 1 year pass is now $250.00! Are you kidding?
May Charlie Brown rest in peace.

I will never tire of seeing

I will never tire of seeing Linus spend the night in the pumpkin patch awaiting The Great Pumpkin (an icon my mother happily adopted as a way to give us Halloween presents) or hearing his rendition of "what Christmas is really about." Those are true classics.

My 2-year-old daughter calls Peppermint Patty ... "Pepper on the Potty." It's too cute to correct her too.

Snoopy is dead! All hail SpongeBob!

Nickelodeon Universe officially opens Saturday, March 15, at the Mall of America in Bloomington.

Camp Snoopy left two years ago, only to be replaced by “The Park,” which was basically the same as Camp Snoopy, with all of the popular Peanuts characters stripped off the rides.

It’s still hard to believe that United Features never reached an agreement with the Mall of America for the continuation of Camp Snoopy in Minnesota.
