I have watched my bill increase $5 or more dollars each billing cycle and finally had enough. When I called to cancel, after trying to lure me back with the promise of matching Evergreen’s rates, I was informed that I would be charged a $25 container retrieval/pick up fee. This fee was just implemented as of December 2007.
