True Ghost Stories at the Strait House

I am proud to tell you about an event that will be happening at the Strait house in Jordan on Oct 25 between 11am and 4pm. This should be a fun event as there will be door prizes, refreshments, and a demonstration of the equipment that Minnesota’s Beyond the Veil uses including the thermo camera. Included will be examples of evps (Electronic voice phenomena) and photos of what are believed to be spirits.

You will hear true ghost stories from the team of Minnesota’s Beyond the Veil and also have the chance to exchange stories. The admission is free, but there is a Minnesota parking permit is required. For those who have a season park pass there will be no charge, however for the others there is a 5.00 parking fee for a one day pass which will allow you to park any where in the park. This fee will be going to Minnesota State Parks and not to Minnesota’s Beyond the Veil group.

So after your visit to the Strait house enjoy the afternoon and have a picnic or walk the many trails.

You will also have a chance to enter a raffle. 1st prize is to be a guest ghost hunter on one investigation. This will give you a chance to try your hand on real ghost hunting and see what it’s all about. 2nd prize is a reading from our team psychic. 3rd prize is a free ghost hunting class for 1 person. Raffles are 2.00 a ticket or 3 for 5.00.

Story time will be 11:30 am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Turn right on 9 also known as Quaker Ave
Pass Rail Road tracks,
Drive to the 2nd street on left
Turn left on 190th street, will turn to Park Blvd.
Drive about 3 miles down
Strait House will be on the right; it is a light beige stone house.

From the South

169 north, turn left on Park Blvd
Drive about 3 miles down.
Strait House will be on the left; it is a light beige stone house.

From the West

212 to 147 turn left on 45/11
This will turn into 9 which is Quaker Ave

Turn right on 190th st., will turn to Park Blvd.
Drive about 3 miles down
Strait House will be on the right; it is a light beige stone house.
