Maska Chaska: Tasty - Tasty Biscuits
The city of Chaska received its name from a Dakota word naming the first-born son.
However what does "Chaska" mean in Hindi?
I keep seeing the word pop up on Indian products. A friend recently brought me this package of "Tasty - Tasty Biscuits," called "Maska Chaska," made in India and purchased at an Indian foods store.
Does anyone have any idea?

I don't care what it means...
Back to page topI don't care what it means half as much as how those tasty-tasty biscuits taste. Either the tasty-tasty equals real good or real bad. Open them!

Back to page topI found a DVD with the title Chaska over at ebay. Its a hindi film. I won't post the link here because of its erotic nature - but it appears it means "An Addiction"
The title is "Chaska(An Addiction)". It can be yours for $4.45 plus s&h!
Butter Addiction?
Interesting.....
A Bollywood song/dance...
Back to page topA Bollywood song/dance number called "Chaska Mera Chaska" is the first video that pops up when you type "Chaska" in YouTube's search engine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa-JPLXQ6cs
There is also an advertisement for a strange Peruvian Cirque Du Soleil-esque production called "Chaska": www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqArgfp5Qd4.
So apparently "Chaska" means many things in many languages -- although I still have no idea exactly what.
