Feb. 29 -- a day that only comes around every four years.
So does this create havoc for anyone?
A newspaper I worked at once published a story on a woman who was 100 years old, but was born on Feb. 29 -- a date that had only came around 25 times in her lifetime.
Is anyone out there a Leap Year baby, condemned to only have one birthday every four years? What day do you usually celebrate it on -- Feb. 28 or March 1.
