How $much$ should I-35 bridge collapse victims get?

Both the Minnesota House and Senate have been discussing compensation funds for survivors of the I-35W bridge collapse last August.

The Senate is in favor of a $400,000 cap per victim. The House has no limit.

On Monday, the Senate Finance Committee approved $25 million for the fund.

TELL US: Should victim compensation be capped? If so, what should the cap be?
