![]() Color therapy?
April 17, 2008 - 11:15am — Ruth Anne Maddox
CNNmoney.com is reporting that colors are being used to draw consumers into buying and -- hopefully -- getting businesses out of the current slump. While I would hate to see a revival of the avocado range my mother had, I kind of like the looks of the blue one shown here: Also, I've decided to paint my bedroom Toyota Camry blue (without the sparkle) after the color caught my eye while driving past one recently. So, do colors cause you to open your wallet?

Back to page topI have a natural attraction to pink - not so much in clothes or furniture, but book covers. If a book cover has a combo of black, white and pink, I can't help but pick it up. I've been trained so well to recognize the color combo usually equals chick lit, I guess.
Same thing goes for movies. I love the bright, Technicolor look. If a trailer has that (think Clueless) I'm there. I can't control it!
