Miss Minnesota: Who represents Chaska?

The Miss Minnesota Final Competition is 7 p.m., June 16 at the Eden Prairie High School Performing Arts Center. Alas, Chaska has no representative. In fact, of the 17 contestants listed, only “Miss Twin Cities,” sounds the closest to representing Carver County – and she’s from Coon Rapids. (Coon Rapids appears to be overrepresented in the pageant, since there is also a Miss Coon Rapids competing.) To get a tiara's view of the competition, read current Miss Minnesota Nicole Swanson’s (very pink) blog. What do you think, do we need a "Miss Chaska"?

Back to page topAccording to the Miss Minnesota Web site, Miss Minnesota 2007 is Miss Mankato, Jennifer Hudspeth.
Since Mankato is also located on the Minnesota River, perhaps Chaska can adopt her as its representative.
