In 2002, Armando Garibay...
Back to page topIn 2002, Armando Garibay Jaramillo, 18, was convicted for the July 5, 2001 murder of Kongpheng Phomphene, 24.
District Judge Philip Kanning sentenced Jaramillo, a Latin Kings gang member from Minneapolis, to 26-1/2 years in prison for the shooting death of Phomphene, of Brooklyn Park.
