As I've already reminded my husband, there are only five days until Valentine's Day.

You can go ahead and say it's a Hallmark-created holiday all you want, but the bottom line is that it's nice to get a little something on Feb. 14. It feels good (a lot better than if your nincompoop of a significant other ignores the day while everyone around you is nibbling on chocolate candies and arranging their bountiful flower bouquets).
